*Unlike other products we sell, All party pass / ticket sales are final. So be sure before you purchase.
*Party pass/tickets are not sold on the basis of if you “have fun”, the number of people present or celebrity to appear. Party at your own risk, we are not responsible in anyway, for any injury, for any reason.
*If you’re a no show at any event or will call pick-up for your passes/ tickets you forfeit the product & money paid. Will Call locations are sent via email with confirmation.
*You agree to use special event attendance etiquette – this means arriving early. This will stop issues such as, but not limited to: Capacity, extremely long lines & waiting time.
*In rare cases, we reserve the right to exchange your party/ticket options. If we foresee an issue that could effect your maximum party experience, we will provide you with other options. If an exchange should occur, the replacement is guaranteed to be a lateral exchange or an upgrade. We will continue to reserve this right for the duration of the event.
*Registration, Hold, Late & Extension fees are fees and do not go toward package costs.
*Charges will appear as The Robert Royal Foundation.
